Our body image is one aspect of ourselves which nobody ever seems to be happy with. With some people wanting to gain weight, others wanting to lose weight and some wanting to gain more muscle. If you are one of these people, it is important that you do not stress. Changing your body image takes a lot of time, dedication and effort. Stressing about these changes will only make the process longer, which will not help your mental health. What you should do is relax and take every day as it comes. If there is a day where you consume more calories than you should be, try not to stress, just level out the amount you eat the rest of the week to compliment the day over. The same for completing exercises, it is important to limit yourself. Start with completing exercises a couple of times a week, then progress to more. These will all make gaining your perfect body image more stress-free.
