Post Birth Recovery Tips

Mothers, it is deemed that you need to be back on your full game straight after birth. Being able to independently take care of your newborn baby as well as any other children within 2 weeks of giving birth. But, this does not need to be the case. Your body goes through some amazing changes, it may be sore, it may be difficult for you to move and recover to be able to do your normal everyday chores.

So, once you have had your baby, take some time to recover. Do not think you need to be all out there straight after birth. You can take time away to allow yourself to heal. Whilst it is a good idea to keep yourself moving, it is also important to rest to allow your body the time it needs to heal.

When your partner heads back to work, do not be afraid to ask for help. Other family members and even your partner may be able to take some holiday leave to help you out.
