With many herbal teas on the market, it is difficult to know which ones are most beneficial to your health. Green tea is a popular choice of herbal tea and certainly contains many benefits to your health, however, white tea comes from the same plant, but the leaves are harvested at a younger age than green tea. As white tea comes from the same plant, it does contain many of the same antioxidants as green tea, but at a much higher quantity level.
