Cardio: How long until I see a difference?

Most health related magazines tell you that if you eat well and do lots of cardio you’ll shed the pounds and became a fitter person. That can be true, but it’s also worth mentioning that it can take a seriously long time. You probably don’t want to hear this right now if you’re looking to lose weight fast but being dedicated over a long period of time is the only way of achieving real results. It takes lots of hard graft and hours in the gym to see a difference, but make sure you don’t give up. Within just a couple of weeks      you’ll see a slight change, but if you take a photo before starting your cardio regime and compare as the weeks go on, you’ll be able to see the bigger picture and you’ll be all the more happier for it.
